Creamy, versatile and naturally sweet. Buttery, rich and naturally sweet, our non-roasted organic cashews are an absolute pleasure to snack on and a versatile ingredient.

The cashew grows under a fruit called the cashew apple. The nut is harvested and expertly separated from the apple by hand, dried under the sun for several days and then cooled under the trees, before being shelled and packaged. The cultivation of these labour-intensive nuts have allowed entire farming communities to thrive, thanks to our supplier’s sustainable trade practices and above-average wages.
